Reliance Jio Infocomm — Escalation to Appellate Authority Incorrect Billing & Service Suspension

On 9 March 2026 at around 1:06 AM, the Jio Fiber app showed “No Active Plan” for my account and prompted me to recharge.
When I proceeded to the payment section, the app displayed the message:
“Cheers! Your last bill is paid. You can pay more in advance.”
This created confusion, as it simultaneously indicated no active plan while also suggesting advance payment.
Based on the app prompt, I made the following advance payments:
₹500 on 9 March 2026 at 1:16 AM
₹409 shortly after
I also contacted customer care, and I was clearly informed that:
Both payments were received as advance payments
No further payment would be required until 22 April 2026
Despite this confirmation, my Jio Fiber service has now been suspended without any valid reason.
