Reliance Jio Infocomm — experienced worst service ever | |||
My name is rajveer singh and my jio number is [protected]. My number has been not working for 4 days. Reason behind it due amount pending with my previous vendor. But i paid that amount on monday and called your executive. He told me that my service will be resumed soon. After that i have called customer care for 4 times (Although it takes 30 -40 mins to connect to your customer care), but i got same reply again and again. Sir/madam it is my humble request that either you resume my service today or i will be forced to port my number to airtel again because at least their service is far better than yours.
