Subject: Extremely Poor Customer Support and Unresolved SIM Activation Issue – Service Request SR000030WAFV
I am Reyaan from Ahmedabad and I am writing this complaint to formally report a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
I purchased a new Jio SIM card on 10/03/2026, but even today (12/03/2026) the SIM card is still not usable. Since the day of purchase, I have been continuously trying to get this issue resolved, but unfortunately there has been no proper support or final solution provided.
I have contacted Jio customer care approximately 10–12 times and spent a significant amount of time explaining the issue repeatedly. In addition to that, I have personally visited the Jio store around 5 times in an attempt to get assistance. Despite all these efforts, the problem remains unresolved.
On average, I have spent nearly two hours every day since purchasing the SIM just trying to get the service activated. Customer care initially advised me to replace the SIM card, but later they stated that replacing it would not help. This clearly reflects a lack of coordination, accountability, and proper technical support.

Even after raising an official service request, there has been no clear resolution or responsible follow-up from the company. What is particularly disappointing is that customers are often requested to provide 5/5 ratings for the service, yet when genuine issues arise, proper solutions and support are not provided.
This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and wasted a considerable amount of my time for a basic service that should have been activated smoothly. Such poor customer support and mismanagement from a major telecom provider is highly concerning.
If this matter continues to remain unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the issue further through additional consumer grievance platforms and telecom regulatory authorities so that this case can be properly reviewed.
I sincerely request Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited to take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue immediately while ensuring better support and accountability for customers in the future.
