[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — failed recharge | |||
Sir, i have recharged 399/- in my jio number [protected] on 06/09/2019 at 12:12 pm from sbi yono. Rs 399/- was deducted from my state bank of india account [protected], but recharge was not done. I called customer care, they assured me by saying that the rupees will be credited soon. They also advised me to try to recharge once again. Following their advice i recharged 398/-, at that time the recharge was successful. Now i want my refund of rs.399/- which is still not credited to my bank account.
