Reliance Jio Infocomm — fraud and misleading from reliance jio executives

I have a chartered accountant, aged 33 years old, i have paid refundable deposit rs. 400/- on a/c no. [protected] which is provided mr. Jayesh sutariya, premium relationship manager, +[protected]. Payment is return in my account due to wrong account no. So i though that i made mistake in typing at that time i felt guily my self, i m educated and i made mistake (But actually it is not my fault) then i made payment from my kotak bank to same a/c no. [protected] after received instruction from mr. Jayesh. I was waiting for my new no. [protected] activation which is given by email by mr. Jayesh. I was given this no.in printing in my brochers as well as shares in group. After 2-3 days, no. Is not activated n urgently i called to jayesh and after verification he told me by mistake co gave wrong account no.in email so pls to do payment on this a/c no. [protected] insteal of above a/c no. [protected]
I made payment in new a/c as on 18/07/2017. He gave telephonic confirmation payment received sucessfully. Last two days, i have continuosly followed for activation of card. Yesterday evening he told me same no. Is alloted to another person. Till time of registered compliant, he had not given my rs. 400 refundable deposit and my same account no.

Claimed (1) he had palyed with me and alloted to another friends or group person of same no..
Claimed (2) i had lost bank charges two time payment done in wrong account even if mistake by company.co know bank charges in sbi & kotak it is very handsome. Who is given to bank cherges which is suffering me
Claimed (3) till time he was not actived my cell no. After confirmation of received payment on 18.07.2017. The same no is shared in my group and printed in my brouchers.
Claimed (4) till time he was not given receipt of refundable rs. 400.

If co's cexecutive played with edecuted person so what is doing in normal citizen whose are not educated.

I requrest you resolve my query within 2 days otherwise i will take legal action against co as well as executive.

It is very shameful for company.

I am JIO holder and I have network problem at 31 SHREENATHAJI INDUSTRIAL PARK BAKROL-BUJRANG PIN 382430 AHMEDABAD - INDORE HIGHWAY.we cannot incoming or outgoing due to network problem.So please resolve the issue soon.
