Dear sir, I made a mistake while typing the mobile number while recharging my phone via paytm. I misplaced one digit. I called the customer care and they refuse to help me. Please help me to resolve the issue. Recharged to my jio number which was on my name. They gave that number to someone else since I wasn't using that number for past 3months.They dint intimate me regarding this. I recharged that number on Sunday 3/12/2017 for 399rs. I need refund.

On 7.12.17 at 8am when I opened my phone I found that whole of 1gb data has been used at 5.45 am.
This is ridiculous and call for change of service provider.
