Dear sir, I made a mistake while typing the mobile number while recharging my phone via paytm. I misplaced one digit. I called the customer care and they refuse to help me. Recharged to my jio number which was on my name. They gave that number to someone else since I wasn't using that number for past 3months.They dint intimate me regarding this. I recharged that number on Sunday 3/12/2017 for 399rs. I need refund.

On 7.12.17 at 8am when I opened my phone I found that whole of 1gb data has been used at 5.45 am.
This is ridiculous and call for change of service provider.
