Reliance Jio Infocomm — international roaming package

Had done recharge for international roaming for rs 1100/- on 24 apr18 and followed the steps as directed. Got a confirmation on the mobile that the package is active. However on reaching dubai, the package didn't work. Immediately lodged a complaint through a wifi to customercare via jiochat. Assured early resolution. However in spite of repeated reminders no resolution/ refund provided. After two months conviniently states that the package has expired. And one executive said there is no policy of refund, after all the while for two months assuring me that refund will be done and i should keep checking my accounts.

I want a refund, 398 has just gotten deducted from my account and my phone is not recharged..

Where has the money gone, there is no confirmation on the app either that the money is received and still shows no plans???

I am also facing issue with the Jio IR service here in Dubai. Its not registering to the network here. The worst thing is that, the customer care people is not understanding the issue, they keep saying the same trouble shoot method.
