Reliance Jio Infocomm — internet and telecommunication problem

Dear sir

I am subscriber of jio prepaid connection, my name is gaurav kumar and my jio mobile no is [protected], i want to say that there is no network available of jio in village we also enable to talk with customer care due to network error. My village name is jaini khalki post office madhopur, tehsil and distt pathankot (Punjab)
Sir you are requested to kindly sort out the network problem
