Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio 1 gb per day pack lasts only for 1 hour | |
I recharged with 149 plan on april 27. Reliance jio claims 1 gb per day but the data get exhausted within 1 hour o[censored]sage. The usage is just gmail and google classroom because i am a teacher. I rarely use you tube and download videos or watch videos, then how within an hour internet 1 gb get over. It means it makes a false claim of 1 gb and it never gives 1 gb to the customer and the customer do not have a privilege to know their usage. I made a complaint by calling 198 but he is interested only to sell the pack, he wanted to convert the complaint call into a sales call. My issue left unaddressed. Then, today morning on 7th may 2020 (Thursday) before started using the mobile data i gave a missed call to 1299 this number is specially allocated for to check the data usage. Immediately a message came from reliance jio at 12.11 pm mentioning 1007.23 mb per day the data to use in my mobile number for today. Just 30 minutes i used it said 50% of data used and at 1.09 pm 90% data used and then at 1.11 pm it said 100% of data utilized. It says recharge again to use the mobile data as your quota to use the internet for today as got exhausted. How it is even possible? The proof of messages from ja-jionet, i am attaching with this mail. I need a refund of my recharge and 1 year free subscription to the jio internet because of the torture and mental tension, every time fear in the mind that internet will get over, beg and borrow internet from my family members through wifi and not able to finish my office work (Because it was work from home online meetings and online courses) and also not able to do my personal work on time.
