Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio - 4g data voucher issue

Dear sir/madam,

My self ganesh, recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the ₹ 101/- 4g data voucher pack on 4th of may 2020 time 8:46 pm, as the transaction is successful through upi payment, but i did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. But the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The upi transaction id for the payment of ₹ 101/- is [[protected]]. I am unable see the data pack details in my jio app under my plans section. So kindly do needful asap. If not possible refund my money back.
