Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio 5G Signal Dies Every Time Power Cuts No Backup at Tower

I’ve been using Jio 5G SIM mainly for the unlimited data, but the network has become completely unusable in my area.
Every time there’s a power cut (which happens daily as soon as a drop of rain falls) the nearby Jio tower shuts down—and I lose all signal. No calls, no data, nothing. Why doesn't the tower got no backup? The whole village mainly uses jio but still !? Why??

Meanwhile, Jio keeps calling me regularly if I don’t recharge for a few days but when it comes to actually providing service, they disappear.

This is extremely frustrating. What’s the point o[censored]nlimited 5G if the tower collapses the moment electricity goes out?

If this issue isn’t resolved soon by upgrading the tower’s power backup, I will be porting out. I'm done waiting.
