Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio airfiber installation and cancellation

On 13-June-2025 did payment of 2222 for new jio airfiber connection and on Monday 14-June-2025 installation was not done. Engineer says we have to laydown cables from near by location. then I asked then what's a meaning of Airfiber? There was rude answer by engineer that by cable laying only i'll provide connection otherwise cancel your order or ask sales person to regenerate different order to setup individual receiver at your home. At the time of payment sales guy conform that one receiver will install at your home and router will install in home then only I did payment and installation engineer refused to do that. Even after sales person also refuse to do so and very rudely answered. So I decide to cancel that jio airfiber connection but yet not cancelled and no any online/call option to cancel that order. Even sales guys not receiving my call to process cancellation.
