Updated by Naresh kumar Adhikari I have a Refund issue related to my Jio Air Fiber registration. On 17 October 2024, I paid ₹50 for the registration process. Subsequently, an authorized Jio representative visited my location to check the 5G network.
The representative sent me a payment link for the remaining amount of ₹2170 (after deducting the initial ₹50). However, the link displayed an amount of ₹2221. Despite attempting multiple times, the incorrect amount persisted.
Due to urgency, I proceeded with the payment of ₹2221. Unfortunately, the registration process remained incomplete, and my amount was deducted. I received a message from Jio services stating that the refund would be processed within 10 days, but I have yet to receive it.

I have visited the Jio AirFiber office multiple times, but they kept misleading me and did not provide any proper assistance regarding my refund. They only gave me a customer care number. Despite all my efforts, I have still not received the refund. It has been almost a year now.
