The exact same thing happened with me today. My jio statement shows usage of only 650MB and they have no accountability of the remaining 850MB. I have made several calls to the jio customer care but the representative have the same old answer, our records show that 100% data has been exhausted and nothing can be done about it. This has happened to me several times but I called only today. I am thinking of filing a complain to consumer court as the jio CUSTOMER CARE IS UTTER USELESS..!!
