Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio executives not working properly

I was got jio bar code no and next day i was visit reliance digital express store & executive had said that server problem please come after will and again was visited store their said modem was not connected, their was saying another problem but i was daily visiting store there are no of causes and lack up to 2 weeks final they say, that my jio bar code was expired. how is the responsible? finally i lost it was worst dont give wrong promise
