Since one month, no one has come to pickup my jio fiber device and still am not getting refund rs. 2300 approx. from jio. If I call jio customer care, they asked me to avilable in home, if I am available in home also no has to come and pickup the device.
Sale personal, without informing me he has it installed the postpaid connection, that is the first problem. After that he is not picking my call.
Customer care also escalated several times but jio has me to wait again again 15 working days.
Big network should not do this kind of issues further so I raising the complaint here.
