Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio fiber is not refunding the deposit after cancellation

I have cancelled my jio fiber connection. The jio executive is supposed to collect the router, set top box and refund 2500 rupees that i have paid earlier. But reliance is deliberately ignoring my requests. No service executive is showing up and i am not getting my refund back.
