I booked Jio Fibre connection with my number [protected] and made a payment for the same in the month of May. Later on I was told that the fibre network is not there at the location I live.

They shared a voucher of 2000inr approx in my jio account instead of refund to the original source. I want refund back not the voucher.

I emailed them and also chasing them, however they are not reverting and also not sharing any contact details to speak to a representative.

Kindly help me in getting this issue resolved which has indeed became a harrasment for customers like me, where the mode of payment from customer is cash, however refund is getting initiated by voucher, which is sheer keeping customer as a hostile and harrassing them financially.

Please help on this!!
