I, Chandranath Goswami, beg to inform you that I booked a Jio Mobile Phone through net banking of my SBI Account on 25th August 2017. The amount of Rs 500 was immediately debited by Reliance Jio lnfocomm Bill REJIOI PAYMENTS Transfer to[protected]. Since then I got no confirmation message from Reliance Jio. I have repeatedly been complaining about the problem to the Jio Customer Care. But they couldn't solve the problem. Now I want either refund or Jio Phone paying more Rs 1000. 00.
