[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio money app | |||||
I had loaded money to Jio money wallet number [protected] for an amount of Rs.365/- and the same was used while ordering foods and beverages from Bookmyshow app. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed. Jio wallet money was not yet reversed. I contacted Jio customer care regarding this but no solution...My wallet is not yet credited with Rs.365/-... Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Jio team contacted Bookmyshow team ... Bookmyshow team transferred money to Jio team...Jio team transferred money to my wallet. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
