I recharged my jio number ([protected]) for data rs.543 plan and it was successful. But after that, i couldn't use that number because of the number not even showing the signal itself. Almost 1 week over i couldn't connect customer-care also. Whenever i trying to connect the customer-care line goes up to the executive level ivr and disconnected.
Now i don't want that recharge and that number. So i request to refund my money back to my account.

I had done recharge of RS 555 on my friend jio no. [protected] from my jio app through Amazon pay upi payment was successful but recharge not done on my jio app
