[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio phone booking amount deducted but no confirmation received

I have booked jio phone and paid 500 Rs from HSBC Credit card but Connection to server failed error appeared after payment screen. So, I thought it's a server error. But after some time I get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my credit card account. But I haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from Jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

Receiving fraudulent calls that I am directly going to report to local Police with a copy to Cyber Crime cell.
