Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio phone booking refund | |||||
Sir i tried to book jio phone on 24aug2017, i tried to book jio phone from their website jio.com for payment of 500 they transferred me to payment gateway then i select sbi net banking for this purchasing, after successful completing payment from bank's site, bank site redirected me to jio.com but on jio.com they show me transection fail. After that i wait for 7 days for money refund, but i haven't received my deduced amount 500, then i call to jio customer care and they says that they haven't received payment from bank then i registered complaint in sbi for refunding my money, after resolving from their side bank says that money was transferred to merchant which is jio. Then again i contact to jio customer care now they are saying just wait till diwali, but they are not saying to return that amount. They also not provide me any kide of satisfaction. I am attaching bank transection detail, bank complaint no and jio.com's transection fail screenshot. I want my money bank and also want compensation bcoz they are using my money and i don't have balance in my bank account due to this i am not able to do my other work and causing me mental harassment.
