Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio phone pre booking : money paid through debit card and deducted but it says transaction failed

I have booked jio phone through http://www.jio.com/ and paid 500 rs through sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i got a message from bank stating "thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6996for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos reliance jio at reliance jio txn#ju[protected]." i checked my a/c for last 10 transactions and found the deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.
