Hi team,

Im hanna from bangalore, yesterday (30th dec, 2017) i lost my samsung phone (In commercial street) with jio sim card inserted in it (Additional sim card). My jio number is ([protected]).

So, please block the sim card to avoid any kind of misuse of this number.

And i would like to take a duplicate sim card, please guide me through it.

This is not done yet.

Kindly process this request to Block Reliance Jio Sim Card.
Because I keep getting security alert mail to my E Mail account, that My account is not secure.
Would appreciate if this is taken up asap.
