I ashok lalasangi paid an amount of rupees 99 on 28 March 2017 and the money has been debited from my account I paid my bill through bill desk then called customer service and they said me to contact bank and give complete details of transactions finally my money has been deducted and not subscribed for jio prime.very much sad about the system.please do resolve this issue.
