Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio stores are not customer friendly | |||
Hi jio team, I have visited the jio kalyani nagar, pune store. The jio employee did not behave well. And i was not provided the sim because: 1. I had the printed e-aadhar copy. The store man told me that it's company's Policy to have the adhar card and not the e-aadhar. I dont see any logic and it looked strange to me as e-aadhar is even being used as a valid document for passport./bank account opening. 2. I tried all the options but i could not generate the bar code from my jio app in my mobile. I was told by the jio store personnel that i can't get a sim without it. I have a brand new mi note 4 mobile with me. Can someone please look into it? The jio store guy was not at all supportive. How can i get a sim? Was this information helpful? | |||

While roaming jio voice call is not working I have shown to jio authorised dealer but the problem is not working in roaming it's very worst.only data is in activation in roaming.
