I digvijay singh from chandigarh submitted an application under the name of dhoom singh, registered mobile no [protected], i contacted jio agent mr. Alok kumar, contact no [protected], [protected] hence he asked me to pay several times for all the installation charges and for transport charges and other overall charges, and for bank declaration charges therefore the even provided me with all the invoices and letters (Attested by their senior staff). The whole application process started in feb 2020 now it's august going on and they still haven't paid the refund and plus he is making excuses everytime when we contact him. Now he's saying that due to lockdown i'm not able to send the refunds as the offices and senior staff isn't there. Please tell me what to do how should i get my refund back from him. The overall amount how will i get.
