I am filing this complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited regarding their failure to provide promised JioAirFiber service despite receiving payment.
Timeline of Events:
11th May 2025: Booked JioAirFiber connection through official Jio mobile application
11th May 2025: Made advance payment of ₹1, 111 as booking fee
May-June 2025: No installation team contacted despite 40+ days elapsed
Multiple attempts: Called customer care numbers but received only AI responses
20th June 2025: Still no service provided, no human customer support available
Issues Faced:
Service Failure: Complete non-installation of paid service for 40+ days
Poor Customer Service: Only automated AI responses, no human assistance
No Refund Option: No cancellation/refund mechanism in their mobile app
Communication Gap: Zero proactive communication about delays
Misleading Service: Advertised quick installation but failed completely
Previous Actions Taken:
Multiple calls to customer care numbers[protected], 198, 199)
Attempted to reach human representatives through their app
Tried using MyJio app for complaint registration
Received only automated "order in progress" responses
What I Want:
Immediate full refund of ₹1, 111 paid as booking amount
Cancellation of my AirFiber booking without any charges
Compensation for time wasted and mental harassment
No further contact from Jio for this service
