I am facing severe network connectivity issues for more than one year at my residence.

Location:
Village Sumahi Bujurg, Post Shankar Pathkhauli,
District Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh – 274401.

4G network is highly unstable and call/data frequently drops.
5G connectivity is mostly non-functional and only works for a few hours during daytime; it does not work at all during night.

Support calls from Jio are also getting disconnected due to poor network quality.

Despite multiple complaints and written commitment by Jio (Service Request No: SR00002WPLIF, Resolution Time: 15 Jan 2026, 15:27 Hrs), no permanent improvement has been done.

This is a clear case of chronic service deficiency. I request permanent tower-level correction and appropriate compensation.

Despite multiple complaints and Jio’s written commitment (SR00002WPLIF), no permanent tower-level correction has been done.

This is a chronic service deficiency. Immediate permanent resolution is required.
