[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Lost sim not replaced waited for 17 days

Sir i am jeetjyoti das and i have lost my jio sim. I have got a new one but the sim proceedings are not being done till now. I have visited their office more than 3times. Each time they make an excuse. Its more than 16days today, my sim is still not activated. I have a 303rs and 99rs recharge already done in this no. My jio no is [protected]. And my new jio sim 20digit no is[protected]. Please resolve my problem. The address of jio office where i submit my lost sim police report and photo n documents is reliance jio infocomm limited, nalbari-hajo-guwahati road, ward no 12, khat, nalbari, pin - 781335. Updated by jeetjyoti das i have visited the jio infocomm yesterday and i have visited reliance jio infocomm today... but nobody has attended me except the guard. The guard told me to wait yesterday and today... but nothing more than that. You can check the visitors register i have enter my name Jeetjyoti das and i wish to meed chinmoy talukdar but he has not attended me. the service area incharge of this office is Mr. gautam sharma. its 2hrs pass till 10.15am and i am still waiting in the jio office.. address is mentioned in the previous complain. All the workers here pretend that this is not there problem and try to ignore the costmer
