Hi I am rajasekar from pondicherry I have purchased lyf flame 1 from local retailer, after three months mobile charger connector pin get losed, so i have taken the mobile to nearest jio centre, they adviced me to change board on chargable separately connector alone is not possible to change. And asked me to use as it is. After two months my mobile hanged and i have removed the battery to reset from that my device is not powering. Again i have taken to jio, now they infomed me that there is short circuit problem due to connector. And now they replaced connector alone and tried for power on. Still same issue and they returned my mobile without servicing. And asking me to bear the amount to change board. My question is. Why they have not change connector on first time. If they changed my mobile will not dead. How the short circuit will be my problem, i am using micromax mobile more than three years, still they is no problem in connector. They are accepting un officially this is product issue but not ready to replace new board. Was this information helpful? | |||
