Reliance Jio Infocomm — manipulation in terms of data usage

I slept at around 11.30 and i started getting messages around 12.12am that i have consumed my 1.5 gb data. Since i was in sleep i ignored and when happen to check in the morning i had no data usage left. I spoke to customer service and told that it is impossible to use that much data as it's been almost a year now i have never consumed even my daily limit of data. So pls check and give me details where it is used... They had no details whatsoever. I am an airtel pioneer member so in the past whenever rarely i have had issues regarding data usage they could easily tell me where it was consumed and how long i was on the same web or app etc. Highly disappointed with jio services. A customer doesn't have so much time to speak to your advisors on a weekday but i removed time to only be assured what went wrong as i waa sure i haven't used it. No software updates no apps update no facebook or youtube, etc still my entire day quota was consumed in less than 45mins. There is surely some technical issue at jio end and how conveniently i was told that it doesn't fall as a complaint and said if it shows i have used means i have used. We definitely have some trust issues here now... Can never trust your brand again. No efforts whatsoever to retain a customer. It is not expensive at all to boost for a day but it was clearly about trust and assurance where jio miserably failed to justify and retain a customer.
