Since the request is raised on 4th Feb 2022 for Jio Fiber relocation no one has turned up to update on request status or do the relocation. I have called customer care for around 18 times and all they say is wait for ground people to come with a new date everything and on none of the date is request is entertained as of now.
Finally requested to cancel the connection and refund the entertaining amount but they can't do that since relocation request is not closed and customer care team says they won't close it so I will have to wait until end of time.
I need all the account closing process to be done ASAP and give the refund I'm entitled to. Enough to torturing your customer with such pathetic response.
To the irony I simply raised a request for new connection and ta da the installation guys comes at my door in 2 hours to collect payment for new connection. When I asked him about relocation he says it's not his department. You guys are just interested in getting new customers but not giving after sales service.
