Reliance Jio Infocomm — Mobile Network & Internet Service Not Working Properly

For the last several days, the Jio mobile network and internet service in my area are not working properly. The data speed is extremely slow and most of the time the internet doesn’t work at all, even after having an active plan. I tried calling Jio customer care (198) multiple times but did not receive any proper solution. Due to this issue, I am unable to use the service I paid for. I request you to take urgent action and fix the network problem as soon as possible. I also request compensation for the days the service was not available.
