I has tryed to book jio phone on 24th August and the money has been deducted but the transaction has been failed due to some network failure and the reference number is[protected] and I called to customer care they said you will be getting in span of 10 days ...but not yet received the amount ...please find your ways in giving the amount back as soon as possible...I has made my transaction using kotak mahindra bank

Sir i have booked jio phone on 24th at 8:06, I paid 1000 through jio money got deducted but after that transaction failed appear on my screen.. I thought due to server error it may happen. I called jio costomer care still they are not able to resolve my complain. What to do sir help me.
