[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Money deducted from bank, recharge failed, no refund | |||||
On 09.04.2017 i tried to recharge my friends jio number with a bundle recharge pack of (99+303)=402 using jio money app, and i used 50 rupees coupon. So i had to pay (402-50)=352. So i used my yes bank net banking option to pay 352 via jio money app. I got the sms that 352 was deducted. And the jio money app showed that transaction failed, if the money was deducted from your bank it will be refunded within 48 hours. So i complained from they're app. No response. I mailed them, they said the same thing. Within 2 days my money will be refunded. I called they're toll free number[protected] no response. So its 14th of april now. 5 days from the deduction.
