We notice that your jio number [protected] is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. Please take immediate action to discontinue such misuse, failing which your free voice services on this number will be curtailed/discontinued without any further notice. This msg is found me by company. But i am not making any abnormal high numbers of call. I am calling to my family and friends only. Also company give ne unlimited outgoing calls. No any terms or timing given by company that how much i call daily. So, please help me from this type of problems. I am very frustrated because in past such thing is happend with me and my outgoing call wouch blocked, my recharge amount is wasted. Was this information helpful? | |

I had done recharge of Rs309 on my Jio no [protected], through upi. amount deducted from my account but no recharge done yet please resolve my issue as soon as possible n refund amount back in my account.

We have all times problem with net spreed. At si many different locations.
Mostly we never found reduce spreed more than 15-20 kb only

This area jio network very poor I raised complaint many time but his not resolved and not refund my mony. Customer exucative asked why you raised Network
