Reliance Jio Infocomm — Network issue and no resolution | |
I have ported from Airtel to Jio in Jan 2021 due to network issues post that till July 2021, there was no issue in Jio. From Aug 2021, there is so much of disturbances in the calls, frequent call drops, wrong messages as out of network coverage or switched off. I have raised the complaint of poor reachability and network in my locality & cross talks (vide ref M40000YO3CM dt 24/09/2021)- No action taken Then raised it with Appellate. Complaint reference : SR0000175W4S DT 19/10/2021. Got confirmation that by 21/10/2021 the same would be resolved- I got sms today that this has been resolved. I got 1 call from network team on 19th Oct 2021 who looks after Chennai Central locality and not related to my residential location. He mentioned that Jio appellate team has wrongly assigned the task to him and informed someone else incharge of my location will contact me. So far none spoke and still I face the same problem Today I again called Asif Pasha, Pan India Appellate officer. He was stern that the complaint stands resolved and that’s it and nothing can be done….i don’t understand as how being in a service industry he can be so rude and not customer oriented. He refused to take another complaint and was not cordial. Finally he was so great enough to escape by sharing email id of Royston Anthony, Appellate officer Tamilnadu. Why are the complaints closed without resolving and no time period given? What exactly is the issue in this location? Do you think customers are just fools to believe your stories and be quiet?
