I am not getting internet service properly from jio sim even though I have a valid plan for daily 1.5gb data with 4g signals I complained regarding the issue to the company with service ticket no SR00000UF854. They are saying that your location is not covered adequately by Jio network at the moment. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in your area as we expand our network. If you are not satisfied with the resolution you can raise an appeal with Appellate. The network problem location is in Hyderabad So I am requesting you to please raise the complaint for service issue on Reliance jio for not providing the services for choosed plans by the customers as mentioned in the plans of the company Was this information helpful? | |||||
