Reliance Jio Infocomm — No confirmation for deposit of Jio Postpaid Plan Rs 400- Deducted from Credit Card

After recharging with 99 for prime, I recharged with Rs.400 (Security Deposit) for Plan 303 for but this time I did not get any confirmation and neither is it showing up in my payment option in the MyJio App. I didn't receive any sms confirmation either. There was no confirmation via mail. I have activated my mail id - basu.[protected]@gmail.com and have opted for e-bill.

i have recharged my no. [protected] with 400 rupees but the pack has been activated yet .will i get 400 rupees refund in my account .my jio no. is not working ...([protected]@gmail.com)
