Reliance Jio Infocomm — no track of my recharge money | |||
My internet all of a sudden disconnected as because of validity period is over. So i was trying to make recharge but they said i have 21 rs overdue so have to make that payment first. I made payment. Then recharge 509 rs through jio portal after login. Then they said you have.29 rs pending. I made made payment of rs 1. So far i have made payment of rs 1, 20, 509, but even after 4 days my net is not connecting. I made complain through online portal. After 2 days i get a call from customer service. They instruct me to go to reliance store. I went there they said they can't help this problem. I want my money back.
