Reliance Jio Infocomm — non receipt of recharge advise | |||
Today 29 dec 2017 i had charged my jio phone [protected] for rs. 199 vide transaction id br0000m7hq9u dated 29.12.2017 at 10:16:16 with reference no. Lpmp[protected]and the amount was debited to my punjab national bank but is not showing on my phone which continues to show as uncharged, I thereafter charged my second jio phone [protected] for rs 199 and it is working ok Regarding my first charge either refund the amount or please transfer to my second mobile no.
