Today I has visited your office in Kochi...my requirement was simple ..I want a copy of my old invoices ..

Your staff had informed me that I will not able to get invoices beyond 180 days ...of my re charge...

I cannot under stand this...I pay for something and I not able to get a bill for the same ...

My thing you buy today on line...a bill is sent to his or her reg e mail id ...

Well jio does not...they have a unique way of functioning
