Complaint Details:
On 6th July 2025, I recharged my Jio prepaid number ([protected]) with ₹352 through PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited, and the transaction was marked completed. However, the number remained deactivated, and I received no services in return.
I immediately contacted Jio Customer Care, but the experience was extremely frustrating:
• The agent was uncooperative and rude.
• They refused to escalate the matter.
• No effort was made to resolve the issue or even explain the problem.
Despite providing the recharge receipt, UTR number, and all transaction details, no refund has been issued, and the number remains inactive even after 24+ hours.

1. Immediate activation of my number

2. Full refund of ₹352 to my original payment method
3. Disciplinary action against the customer care executive who misbehaved
4. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused

Jio’s negligence and poor customer support have caused me mental stress, service disruption, and financial loss. This behavior is unacceptable for a telecom giant. I am seeking justice and fair redressal through this complaint.
