Reliance Jio Infocomm — Number not activated even after 10 days | |||||
I, avijeet somani, had taken a reliance jio sim on 5th june 2017 and paid rs. 408. I was assured that the sim will be acitvated by 6th june 2017. Till now (15th june), its not activated. The jio agent (In sangeetha mobiles, horamavu, bangalore) kept on giving excuses for the delay. I also posted this on reliance jio facebook page on 13th june 2017. They issued me a service request no. Sr00000a7vz1, but no action taken till date. I am very frustrated with their service and i want my money back. A telecom company which cant activate a sim in 10 days cant be trusted anymore. Here are the details : - Order no : no00002qhpeu, caf no : kap01vdklq. I want my money back asap.
