Sir, I purchased a Jio phone at 3 months back while driving the bike my Jio phone was fallen down.The Jio phonescrews were loose over I only did screws tight and the Jio sticker is not there and the phone is not working so I want to replace my Jio mobile.I was searched in Google WWW.Jiophone.com I seen a warranty 1 year for Jio phone so I wentto Jio store they were asking sticker sir my phone has no sticker please help me sir and reply me also sir I have the good opinion Jio service one of best service mine is Jio sir

Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter recorded, a JioPhone having a Defect (“Defective Product”) shall be repaired or replaced free of charge upon submission of a valid claim by the Consumer (or his or her authorized representative) during the validity of this Warranty as stipulated in Clause 2 hereunder.
