Reliance Jio Infocomm — order confirmation didn't receive despite of money deduction from my account | |||
I placed order for jio phone on 24th august. Transaction details for which order failed are given below. Bank: hdfc bank Withdrawal : 500.00 Cheque/ref no.[protected] Narration : jhdf[protected]/billdkreliancejioinf Money deducted from hdfc bank account as shown above but didn't receive message to specified number for order confirmation and no details received in my jio account as well. Contacted customer care of reliance jio but they are not able to resolve issue and suggested to solve issue on my own by contacting source of payment.
