Reliance Jio Infocomm — paid 399 number still not active | |||
My sim has not been working from few days. I thought may be it is to be recharged now and the balance might be over. So i have paid 399₹ for my jio number from the official jio website, payment through paytm but the sim is still not active. I had called on the customer care they asked me to go to nearby store. What is the need of customer care service if all they can tell us is to go to a nearby store. Was this information helpful? | |||
