Reliance Jio Infocomm — poor internet service on lte network | |||
Hi, my name is sumit kushwaha. I recently (December 2018) ported my mobile number to jio to use 4g internet to access some video lectures and other stuff since i'm preparing for various exams. Initially i was satisfied by its internet speed and service. But since past few days i am unable to access internet on my phone. I have contacted jio several times by email and phone calls but issue persists. They keep saying, we are working on it, please keep patience. Now its been 20+ days, and there was adverse effect on my exam since i had to replan and buy some books instead. I wish to file a complaint and get some compensation for my money which i had somehow arranged. If it isn't in jio's provision, i at least want some surety of time upto which issue will be resolved and my unused data (For these days) gets added up, so that i can pace my preparation. I'm attaching a screenshot of internet speed test by trai's app. I have many screenshots for all these days and i keep sending test results to trai too. (It took half an hour to attach a screenshot.) Sir I have recharged my jio phone [protected] worth rs 49 on 22/01/2019 . Money has deducted from my account but my phone has not come any message about recharged and phone is not working . Pls help me.
